Chia seeds offer various health benefits, such as being a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, providing a high content of dietary fiber for improved digestion, supporting heart health, and supplying essential nutrients like calcium and magnesium. Additionally, chia seeds have antioxidant properties and may contribute to sustained energy levels when incorporated into a balanced diet.

Purpose: To provide seeds that helps parrots with weight, liver issues and/or health complications. 

Use For bird overweight/Liver Issues/heart Issues until "normal" stats are achieve than go to maintenance dose.
Small birds: 1/2 tsp daily 
Medium Birds: 1 tsp daily 
Large Birds: 1.5 tsp daily 

Use for maintenance: 
Small birds: 1/2 tsp 1 to 2 times week 
Medium Birds: 1 to 2 times week 
Large Birds: 1.5 tsp 1 to 2 times week
